Living Holistic is a faith-rooted, Private Ministry Association and Christian holistic wellness community operating in The Woodlands, Texas.
We are home to Heritage Havens, led by Alisha Hicks, Biblical Herbalist ACM DNM(c), Vikki LeBeau and Shanquila Sylve, LMT — three credentialed practitioners who believe healing the body is not separate from honoring God.
We draw a clear and unapologetic line between Biblical wellness and secular or New Age alternatives. We are not neutral about what we believe — and neither was the God who made us.
What we are:
A covenant community of believers. A clinical wellness practice. An apothecary. An education platform. A referral network. A place where the body is treated as the temple scripture says it is.
What we are not:
We are not a spa, a gym, or a generic wellness club. We do not practice New Age modalities. We do not mix Biblical wellness with chakra work, energy channeling, or practices inconsistent with Christian faith.

The Good News
The Gospel of Jesus Christ
You were created by God for a purpose — to know Him, walk with Him, and live in the fullness He designed for you: spirit, soul, and body. But sin separated every one of us from that relationship. We all fell short. No amount of healthy eating, herbal remedies, or self-improvement can heal the deepest wound — the one in your spirit.
That's why God sent His Son. Jesus Christ — fully God and fully man — lived the perfect life we couldn't live, died the death we deserved, and rose from the grave three days later, conquering sin, death, and hell forever. He did this because He loves you.

Salvation is not earned. It is a free gift. When you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is where true healing begins — not with the body, but with the soul.
