Membership Overview

• Plan Availability: This Health Share plan is designed to be used exclusively within the Living Holistic community of practitioners. Our network comprises of faith-based, vetted, and insured providers who are committed to delivering quality care.

Cancellation Policy: 

• You have the flexibility to cancel your Health Share plan at any time without incurring any penalties. Simply notify us of your decision to end your membership, and we will process the cancellation promptly.

Use of Credits:

• Credit Allocation: Upon purchasing the Health Share plan, you will receive a set amount of credits that can be used for therapies and treatments offered by our network of providers.

 

• Credits can be used and shared amongst immediate in house family members.

 

• Additional services with practitioners are available at an additional charge. Not all of the selected practitioners services are available under the plan. Please review the practitioners profile to view available services with the selected practitioner.

 

• Credit Rollover: Any unused credits at the end of the month will automatically roll over to the following month, allowing you to maximize your benefits.

 

• Charity Contribution: If credits remain unused after the rollover period of one month, they will be transferred to a charity pot. This pot is dedicated to supporting low-income families who are seeking care within our community.

Provider Network

• Faith-Based Therapies: All therapies available through this Health Share plan are faith-based, ensuring that they align with holistic and biblical healing practices.

 

• Vetted and Insured Providers: We take the selection of our practitioners seriously. Each provider in our network has been thoroughly vetted and holds the necessary insurance to practice, ensuring you receive safe and reliable care.
